Introducing a bold, tech-purple identity, reorganizing product storytelling around real-world use cases, and engineering a friction-free buyer journey.
Luxonis develops advanced machine-vision hardware and software (DepthAI) that brings real-time, on-device AI to robotics, automation, agriculture, healthcare, and more. Our mandate was to present the platform to partners and buyers (not just developers) through a clear, credible site that’s fast, accessible, and easy for internal teams to manage.

Project Highlights
- Design system & component library: development-ready files in Figma with reusable sections, states, and UI kit.
- Modern web design and UI/UX: task-based journeys for product, solutions, and docs, with scannable layouts for handhelds.
- Visual identity refresh: branding alignment (logo refresh, color palette, typography, style guide) for enterprise polish.
- Accessibility & performance: WCAG-informed color and contrast, focus states, and keyboard navigation, plus image and asset optimization.
- On-page SEO & analytics: structured metadata, headings, internal links, and an XML sitemap, plus GA4 and Search Console recommendations.
- Distributors & Store flows: clear paths from product discovery to store categories and individual product pages.
- Guide & resource hub: information architecture for documentation, how-tos, and solution guides.
- Collaboration & QA: unlimited design revisions within scope, plus pre-handoff QA and specification for smooth development.
- Project operations: a clear timeline, Asana-based tracking, and a governance checklist to keep publishing consistent.

Challenges
Luxonis speaks to multiple audiences, including engineering leaders, product managers, and devs across hardware, software, and reference designs. Legacy content mixed audiences and scattered high-intent paths (products, store, guides). We needed to make the ecosystem legible (Products and Hub, Solutions, Services, Guides), uphold accessibility and performance standards, and provide a maintainable system the team could run without day-to-day developer dependence.
Approach
We started with discovery and stakeholder alignment, then rebuilt the information architecture around clear buyer and developer journeys. A component-driven web design and UI/UX system standardized patterns, while the branding refresh (logo, palette, type, style guide) elevated enterprise credibility. We documented on-page SEO fundamentals, recommended analytics events, and produced development-ready Figma files with a UI kit. Finally, we handed over specs and governance so Luxonis could publish confidently.

Outcomes
The redesigned experience frames DepthAI for decision-makers and engineers alike, with clearer paths to products, solutions, distributors, and guides, faster and more accessible pages, and a maintainable system. Brand Vision was the right choice because we pair enterprise-grade craft with enablement, combining web design, UI/UX, branding, pragmatic SEO, and advisory-first marketing consultation to deliver a B2B-ready platform, not just a launch.
