Key Points:

  • Amazon’s third annual Prime Big Deal Days will run October 7–8, 2025.
  • The 48-hour sale marks the retailer’s kickoff to holiday shopping.
  • Early discounts already include Crest Whitestrips, Bissell cleaners, Apple MagSafe chargers, and more.

Amazon has announced the return of Prime Big Deal Days, its October Prime Day event. The two-day sale will begin at 3 a.m. ET on October 7 and run through October 8, giving Prime members exclusive access to discounts ahead of the holiday season. Unlike July’s four-day Prime Day, this event goes back to the standard 48-hour format.

Shoppers don’t have to wait until October to find savings. Amazon has already rolled out early markdowns, including Crest 3D Whitestrips, Bissell’s Little Green cleaner, and Apple’s MagSafe chargers. Big-ticket items like Roborock robot vacuums, AirPods Pro 2, and Dyson upright vacuums are also seeing notable price drops.

The October sale continues Amazon’s trend of using Prime-exclusive events to capture holiday spending early. With deals ranging from everyday essentials to premium tech, Prime Big Deal Days is positioned as one of the biggest shopping moments before Black Friday.
