Due to a serious defect in the accelerator pedal, Tesla has started a broad recall of all 3,878 Cybertrucks built between November 13, 2023, and April 4, 2024. The fault involves the accelerator pedal's pad dislodging and becoming stuck in the vehicle's interior trim when subjected to high force.
